Courses on this account are created and are run by Katie Dodd Nutrition LLC (Company).
Before making a purchase, please read the Terms of Service and be aware that agreeing to these terms by using the services holds the same weight as a written and signed contract. You (Client) agree that you will not challenge the enforceability of these terms based on the fact that they are electronic.
Disclaimer
Company is not an agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant. Client understands that Company has no promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment counseling, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavior therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager; (6) acts as a publicist to procure any type of publicity for Client; (6) introduce Client to Company’s full network of contact. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after purchasing course.
Success Disclaimer
Client is responsible for outcomes by implementing the advice and steps from course. Program success is entirely dependent on the person using the course ideas and techniques. Company does not position this course as a “get rich quick” or “get overnight results” scheme. Clients’ level of success in attaining results depends on the time devoted to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, knowledge, and various skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals, Company cannot guarantee a specific success or income level. Nor is Company responsible for individual actions made by Client.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 2 weeks of purchasing the program. No refunds will be given after 2 weeks of purchase.
Clients using the payment plan agree to continue payments until balance is paid in full. In the event payments are cancelled, client will be removed from the program. No refunds will be given.
No Transfer of Intellectual Property
Company’s program is copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to the Client are for Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client is not authorizing to use any of the Company’s intellectual property for Client’s business purposes. All intellectual property including the Company’s copyrighted program and/or materials, shall remain the sole property of the Company. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied.
Indemnification
Client shall and hereby does indemnify, defend and hold harmless Katie Dodd Nutrition LLC, from and against all losses resulting in any manner, directly or indirectly from the (i) breach by Client of any of its representations, warranties, covenants or agreements made under this Agreement or (ii) the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Contractor in connection with its performance or any of the obligations required to be performed by it as contemplated in this Agreement.
